This Meditation & Lyric Booklet is an extension of my VisuAlbum, ROSE RIOT. The prayer in this booklet is that you synchronize with the energies of the seasons, to live more harmoniously with your true self, others, the earth, and beyond.
 
ROSE RIOT is divided into four chapters assigned by the seasons: Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Each section below contains bio-metaphysical information to actively work with the medicine of each season in the path of least resistance (or, as I like to call it, the path of juiciness!). You will also find the lyrics to all of my original poetry and songs!
 
You can refer to the meditations separately or refer to them throughout the VisuAlbum by reading about each season and doing the meditation before the chapter. I also recommend listening to Friz Frequencies (youtube.com/@TheFrizOfficial) during these meditations, and pairing them with the specific chakras in each season.
