Whether through our own stories, or those of our ancestors, karma, or culture, we have all inherited sexual trauma. Violence and repressive narratives have limited, desensitized, blocked, and created pain in our soul-bodies, creating dis/connection and disempowerment within ourselves and each other. 

From another perspective, this shadow is the portal to our superhero status. The depth of the Dark is stretching our bandwidth to hold the Light. In this healing process, we learn how to source our pleasure and power from within, becoming magnetically unstoppable.

In Sensual Soirée, we will engage the four channels of intellect, emotions, spirit, and body to release and transform our sensual blockages. Each month, we will gather to

• Discuss a topic related to sensual embodiment (i.e., “Balancing Feminine and Masculine Energies”, “Taking Accountability”, “Creativity & Expression”)

• Do Breathwork exercises to ignite the soul-cell connection 

• Be lead in a guided meditation + shamanic clearing & blessing by Sam

• Participate in a Sensual Sensitizing Exercise / Embodiment Exercise / Connection Exercise

• DANCE while focusing on your own natural, sensual flow

• Plus, connect & party with conscious community!
